Mobile Associates are integral to the T-Mobile Retail Team, showcasing the brand in National Sales partner locations through active customer engagement. The role involves leveraging digital tools, identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, completing training programs, and building customer relationships to meet performance targets while delivering high-quality service.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
use digital tools to educate and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions
identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques
recommend wireless solutions and deepen customer relationships
complete training on T-Mobile processes and knowledge resources
collaborate with nearby store locations to support customers
build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
perform store operations like opening and closing procedures
provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations
follow up with customers and capture referrals
support account setup and device servicing
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
