Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage with customers, identify their needs, and recommend wireless solutions. Associates complete training and develop skills to create exceptional customer experiences while meeting performance goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
  • Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions
  • Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
  • Demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
  • Provide onboarding and help customers understand self-service tools
  • Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and resources
  • Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing kiosk assets
  • Engage with customers on a personal level to build rapport and loyalty
  • Follow up with customers, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes
  • Develop relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
  • Passionate customer advocate
  • Ability to be yourself when connecting with customers
  • Balancing customer experience and performance goals
  • Team building
  • Willingness to work alongside peers and leaders
  • Confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • At least 18 years of age
