Mobile Associates are crucial to the Retail Team, representing T-Mobile in National Sales partner locations. They engage with customers, build relationships, provide exceptional service, and meet sales goals by showcasing T-Mobile solutions. Training and growth opportunities available.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Leverages digital self-serve tools during customer interactions
Identifies customer needs and recommends T-Mobile solutions
Completes training on in-store experience, skills, and products
Continuously learns and practices skills to provide the best customer experience
Builds relationships with customers and nearby store teams
Follows store operational procedures such as key and kiosk management
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Passionate customer advocate
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
