Job Description:

Mobile Associates are responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within partner locations, engaging with customers, and recommending solutions to meet their needs. They thrive in high-traffic environments and continually learn to enhance the customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
Leverages self-serve tools during customer interactions
Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience
Performs store operations, opening and closing procedures
Builds relationships with leadership teams and customers to support customer experiences

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
