Job Description:

Mobile Associates are integral to the Retail Team, creating energy and excitement around T-Mobile products and services. They succeed in engaging customers in high-traffic environments, building deep connections, and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively engage with customers in a highly-traffic retail environment using digital tools
  • Educate customers and showcase T-Mobile solutions through solution-based selling
  • Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experiences, products, processes, and systems
  • Perform store operations, including opening and closing procedures and kiosk management
  • Build strong connections with customers by following up, capturing referrals, and managing Be Back processes
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction through consistent efforts
  • Build relationships with nearby teams to support customer experience

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
  • Passionate customer advocate with desire to connect and have fun with customers
  • Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
  • Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders to learn best practices
  • Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
