• Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
• exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
• side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
• using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• providing information on LTE network coverage and T-Mobile plans and services
• completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, and processes
• learning innovations in wireless and technology
• establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
• creating a seamless environment for customer experience
• successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
• supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive workplace.

• High School Diploma/GED
• at least 18 years of age
• legally authorized to work in the United States
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
• retail environment preferred
• passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting
• competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
• effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.

Retail environment experience preferred.
