As a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile, you will engage customers, recommend solutions, perform store operations, and work in a fast-paced high-traffic retail environment. You will excel in customer satisfaction while leveraging digital tools and continuously improving skills. Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
consistently leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding
identify customer needs and recommend wireless solutions
complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience
review personal results, promotions, and updates
learn and improve skills continuously
perform store operations, opening and closing procedures
connect and build rapport with customers
proactively reach out to potential customers
build relationships with nearby leadership and teams

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with customers
ability to balance customer experience and performance goals
desire to be part of the T-Mobile store team
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
legally authorized to work in the United States
at least 18 years of age
