Job Description:

Mobile Associates are ambassadors for T-Mobile within National Sales partner locations. They engage with customers, showcase T-Mobile solutions, and provide exceptional service in a high-traffic retail environment. Responsibilities include sales, training, onboarding customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Use digital tools and communicate effectively
Educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
Complete training on T-Mobile processes and products
Perform opening and closing retail procedures
Follow up with customers, manage referrals and build relationships
Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
