Mobile Associates are responsible for fostering energy and excitement around T-Mobile’s products and services within partner locations. They engage directly with customers for sales and support, leveraging digital tools and showcasing the brand’s solutions while meeting performance metrics.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
Uses digital tools, communicates effectively, educates customers, and showcases the value of T-Mobile solutions
Identifies customer needs and uses solution-based selling techniques
Completes training on T-Mobile experience, new skills, products, processes, and knowledge
Reviews personal results, current promotions, and updates to be Customer Ready
Builds rapport, trust, and loyalty with every customer interaction
Partners with nearby store locations for proper customer onboarding
Performs store operations, opening and closing procedures
Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
