Job Description:

Mobile Associates are ambassadors of the T-Mobile brand, creating excitement around products and services while engaging with customers in high-traffic retail environments. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer experiences, utilizing digital tools, recommending solutions, and meeting quality sales metrics. The position includes training, partnership with nearby store locations, and growth opportunities for career advancement.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers
uses solution-based selling techniques to recommend wireless solutions
leverages digital tools
completes training on systems, products, and reference resources
builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams
performs store operations and opening/closing procedures

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have:

Retail sales experience
