Mobile Associates work on a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life by building energy and excitement around products and services, uncovering customer needs, and recommending device and service solutions. This role involves learning and proactively building skills in preparation for promotion to the Mobile Expert role. Responsibilities include selling and serving customers, using digital tools, completing training, partnering with other T-Mobile employees to resolve issues, and creating seamless customer experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions

Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience and new skills

Successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
