Mobile Associate, Store-In-Store

• Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
• Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
• Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes
• Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers
• Perform opening and closing procedures and report any lost keys or assets to the manager
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with every customer interaction
• Follow up with customers, manage potential sales opportunities, and capture referrals
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• Passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun with customers
• Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders to share best practices
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
