Job Description:

Mobile Associates are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around T-Mobile products and services, thriving in high-traffic retail environments. They are skilled at identifying customer needs, educating, demonstrating, and recommending solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Engages with customers in high-traffic environments
Leverage digital self-serve tools
Identify customer needs
Showcase T-Mobile solutions
Perform skills practicing and store operations
Provide exceptional customer experiences
Build relationships with customers
Partner with nearby store locations

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred

Nice to have:

Skilled in identifying customer needs
Passionate about educating customers
