Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Uses digital tools to educate customers and showcase T-Mobile solutions
Identifies customer needs and uses solution-based selling techniques
Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes
Reviews personal results, promotions, and updates on the Hub
Partners with nearby store locations to onboard customers
Performs skills practicing, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening and closing procedures
Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
