Job Overview: Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, where active customer engagement is crucial for success.

Job Responsibility

  • Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
  • Uses digital tools to educate customers and showcase T-Mobile solutions
  • Identifies customer needs and uses solution-based selling
  • Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience
  • Reviews personal results and promotions
  • Partners with nearby store locations
  • Performs skills practicing, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening and closing procedures
  • Proactively reaches out to potential customers
  • Follows up with customers, captures referrals, manages Be Back processes
  • Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams

Requirements

  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED
