Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Uses digital tools to communicate and educate customers
Consistently leverages digital self-serve tools during customer interactions
Identifies customer needs and uses solution-based selling techniques
Recommends wireless solutions and onboarding solutions
Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products and processes
Reviews personal results, promotions, and updates on the Hub
Partners with nearby store locations to onboard customers
Performs skills practicing, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening and closing procedures
Carries keys to kiosk cabinets, locks/secures kiosk and assets
Proactively reaches out to potential customers
Follows up with customers, captures referrals, manages Be Back processes
Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
