Job Responsibility
Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and showcasing T-Mobile solutions
Leverages digital self-serve tools, identifies customer needs, and uses solution-based selling techniques
Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, skills, and products
Partners with nearby store locations for customer onboarding
Performs skills practicing, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening and closing procedures
Provides exceptional customer service, proactively reaches out to potential customers, and builds relationships
Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Preferred)
