Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are integral to T-Mobile's Retail Team, creating energy and excitement around the brand's products and services within national sales partner locations. They engage with customers, identify their needs, educate them about solutions, and evolve the retail experience through innovation. Mobile Associates excel in sales, customer relations, and continuous learning, ensuring they deliver exceptional service while meeting performance targets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively engage with a broad range of customers
  • use digital tools effectively to educate customers
  • showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions
  • identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
  • complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience
  • perform store operations such as opening and closing procedures
  • build rapport and loyalty with customers
  • follow up with customers to drive sales activity
  • partner with nearby store locations for customer support

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
  • passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect with customers
  • willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
  • competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • at least 18 years of age
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
