Mobile Associates work as brand ambassadors and retail team members to bring the T-Mobile brand to life by providing world-class customer service, building connections with customers, and exploring technology solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires training completion and the ability to grow into a Mobile Expert.
Job Responsibility:
Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions

Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
