Job Description

Mobile Associates work as members of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life by serving, selling, and building relationships with customers. Responsibilities include exploring customer needs, demonstrating technology, using digital tools, completing training, and establishing partnerships across channels to create an excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Build proficiency related to serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class customer experience
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of technology
  • Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
  • Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
  • Use digital tools during interactions and onboarding
  • Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience, systems, and resources
  • Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels for collective customer experience ownership
  • Identify and handoff small business leads
  • Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
  • Passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun
  • Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
  • Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
