Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, building expertise in uncovering customer needs, educating about devices and services, and enhancing the in-store experience. Employees engage in sales, customer advocacy, training, and personal development.

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations

completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience
collecting customer experience feedback and resolving issues

Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
