Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as brand ambassadors who bring energy and excitement to T-Mobile’s products and services. They thrive in fast-paced environments, build expertise uncovering customer needs, and are passionate about educating and recommending solutions for devices and services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
  • Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations
  • Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
  • Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
  • Using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
  • Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience
  • Seeking out information about innovations in wireless and technology
  • Establishing relationships and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
  • Identifying and handing off small business leads
  • Supporting team initiatives

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
