Mobile Associates (MA) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, building energy and excitement, building relationships, and developing expertise in uncovering customer needs. In preparation for the next role as a Mobile Expert, the position involves learning, hands-on demonstrations, and recommending device and service solutions. The role also involves completing training and actively improving skills.
Job Responsibility:
Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools to demonstrate LTE network and T-Mobile plans
completing training and actively learning about wireless and technology
partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels to own customer experience
successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
