Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life by building energy and excitement around products and services. They immerse themselves in customer connections, uncovering needs and recommending device and service solutions. New associates complete training to prepare for promotion while gaining skills in resolving customer issues and assisting in the selling process.

Job Responsibility:

Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty
explores individual customer needs and provides hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaches service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
uses digital tools in interactions and onboarding to demonstrate LTE network coverage and T-Mobile plans
completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience
establishes relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve customer issues and create a seamless environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED required
six months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
