Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as members of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, serving customers' needs and selling products and services in a fast-paced and innovative environment. They receive training and demonstrate expertise in technology and wireless solutions while creating significant connections with customers.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers continue their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and demonstrating technology in-store
personalized selling of accessories, IoT devices, etc.
using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage
educating customers on T-Mobile plans and services
completing training on systems and processes
staying informed about wireless and technology innovations
partnering with employees across channels to improve customer experience
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
willingness to work alongside peers
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
