Job Responsibility

  • Design, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across a variety of ad networks, including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, Google, Unity, and ironSource
  • Constantly monitor campaign performances and adjust strategies for optimal ROI
  • Utilize our Business Intelligence tools to derive actionable insights, shaping the direction of our marketing efforts
  • Build and oversee monitoring dashboards, ensuring that our strategies are backed by data
  • Marry creativity with analytics: Develop and test groundbreaking marketing strategies and designs to ensure PB Studios stands out
  • Stay updated with the latest social media and market trends, adapting content to resonate with potential users
  • Work hand-in-hand with our product team, understanding user behaviors and motivations to devise effective monetization strategies
  • Influence our product development roadmap by conducting marketability tests to determine the potential success of our upcoming apps
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners
  • Oversee collaborations with advertising agencies and ad networks, ensuring alignment with our brand values and objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok for Business, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in managing user acquisition campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for mobile apps
