Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Mobile Alloy Wheel & S.M.A.R.T Repair Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with previous experience in alloy wheel refurbishment, paint repairs, and vehicle cosmetic repairs. You will be working on a mobile basis, carrying out high-quality repairs to customer vehicles while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining company standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Carry out alloy wheel refurbishment and repairs
  • Perform S.M.A.R.T repairs including scratches, scuffs, dents, and paint damage
  • Prepare, prime, paint, and finish vehicle surfaces to a high standard
  • Assess vehicle damage and determine the best repair methods
  • Use repair equipment and materials safely and effectively
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the mobile unit/work area
  • Provide professional customer service at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in alloy wheel refurbishment and/or S.M.A.R.T repair
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and paint processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a mobile repair environment
  • Knowledge of colour matching and paint blending
  • Bodyshop or vehicle cosmetic repair background
