NVQ Level 2 in relevant trade
Qualified Air Conditioning Engineer
City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Regulations (Cat1)
Good understanding of modern office software
Experience with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM on Android tablets
3 years’ experience in a similar environment, ideally across multi-site and multi-discipline service delivery
2 years’ experience in a customer-facing outsourcing environment
Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance

Safely delivering all Salisbury works, including those of service partners

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
C&G 2079-11 F-Gas Category 1
Minimum of 5 years’ post-apprenticeship experience
Strong knowledge of VRVs and Splits
Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics
L8 Awareness (Legionella)
Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations
Full UK Driving Licence

Job Responsibility

Technical lead for temperature control systems across a variety of critical sites
Fault-finding and repair of VRVs, Split units, Fan Coils, and small water chillers
Maintain and update F-Gas logbooks
Carry out pressure testing, vacuum dehydration, and commissioning of AC systems
Diagnose defects, prepare quotations for remedial works, and liaise with contract managers
Utilize CAFM systems via PDA for real-time job updates and documentation

Can demonstrate the appropriate technical competencies and certificates relevant to the skills required E.g. 2079 Refrigerant handling

Job Responsibility
