Mobile Account Specialist / Regional Account Coordinator

• Building Partnerships: Creating and nurturing strong, customer-focused relationships with the client at all levels to ensure long-term partnership success
• Recruitment: Screening suitable candidates and conducting onsite interviews
• Team Support: Supporting, mentoring, and skill-sharing with all team members, including induction support for temporary staff
• Compliance: Adhering to strict deadlines and SLAs while effectively managing multiple roles
• HR Support: Handling ad-hoc Payroll support and ER/HR queries
• Workforce Management: Supporting workforce and performance management

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• A highly adaptable and flexible working style, able to quickly adjust and prioritise tasks at short notice to meet the needs of different clients and sites
• The ability to demonstrate supervisory or team leading experience
• The ability to work and thrive under pressure
