Join our France team as a Field Access Control Technician responsible for technical tasks related to Access Control solutions in the parking sector. You will report to the Operations department and play a vital role in customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Installing and implementing new systems
  • providing corrective and preventive maintenance for this hardware and software
  • modernizing or updating existing client systems
  • training clients on the use of SKIDATA solutions
  • supporting the project and sales teams with any technical questions
  • setting up and configuring software (SKIDATA/Windows)
  • proposing solutions to better organize the services provided by the company
  • being the local point of contact for clients
  • traveling within your local geographic area, and occasionally throughout France

Requirements:

  • A two-year technical degree (BTS or IUT)
  • initial experience gained in a company that markets technical solutions with a strong IT component (software controlling numerous electronic hardware components)
  • familiarity with the parking access control sector and its applications
  • strong customer service orientation
  • understanding of the need for responsiveness and flexibility
  • organized and work methodically
  • able to adapt to your audience
