Job Responsibility

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Attend reactive breakdowns and emergency repairs
Diagnose and repair AC and refrigeration faults
Service and maintain comfort cooling systems, fridges, and cold rooms
Complete minor installation works
Update CAFM/PDA systems accurately and in real time
Participate in a 1 in 8 on call rota and occasional out-of-hours work

Job Responsibility

Carrying out servicing, maintenance, reactive fault finding and installations on a range of HVAC and air conditioning systems
Full commissioning and servicing of HVAC equipment, chillers, AHUs and associated plant
Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently across commercial sites
Completing all relevant paperwork, engineer worksheets and certification accurately
Liaising with Contract Managers and support teams regarding materials, consumables and site updates
Following Health & Safety procedures, RAMS and lone working processes at all times
Participating in a regular on-call rota to attend emergency call outs outside normal working hours
