Job Responsibility

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems across fire stations
Troubleshoot and repair faults efficiently to minimise downtime
Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
Liaise with site stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Participate in the on-call rota to provide emergency support as needed.

NVQ / City & Guilds in Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification

Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience within the HVAC industry
Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points and no pending cases

Job Responsibility

Carrying out servicing, maintenance, reactive fault finding and installations on a range of HVAC and air conditioning systems
Full commissioning and servicing of HVAC equipment, chillers, AHUs and associated plant
Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently across commercial sites
Completing all relevant paperwork, engineer worksheets and certification accurately
Liaising with Contract Managers and support teams regarding materials, consumables and site updates
Following Health & Safety procedures, RAMS and lone working processes at all times
