Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a field-based AC Service / Fault Finding role
NVQ / City & Guilds in Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification
FGAS Certification (City & Guilds)
Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience within the HVAC industry
Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points and no pending cases

Job Responsibility

Carrying out servicing, maintenance, reactive fault finding and installations on a range of HVAC and air conditioning systems
Full commissioning and servicing of HVAC equipment, chillers, AHUs and associated plant
Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently across commercial sites
Completing all relevant paperwork, engineer worksheets and certification accurately
Liaising with Contract Managers and support teams regarding materials, consumables and site updates
Following Health & Safety procedures, RAMS and lone working processes at all times
Participating in a regular on-call rota to attend emergency call outs outside normal working hours
