Are you ready to leverage your technical skills in a fast-paced environment? A leading company in the FM industry is on the lookout for a Mobile AC Engineer in South London to ensure optimal air conditioning systems across crucial sites, making a tangible difference in service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Fault-find and repair air conditioning systems, refrigeration units, and associated controls
  • Maintain accurate F-Gas logbooks and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and oversee installation and commissioning of systems
  • Conduct real-time updates using CAFM systems to ensure efficient operations
  • Participate in an on-call rota for emergency support across sites

Requirements:

  • Relevant NVQ Level 2 qualifications in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
  • Experience with chillers, VRV/VRF systems, and BMS systems
  • Strong fault-finding and installation skills in a mobile environment
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive professional approach
