Job Responsibility:
Review, verify, and manage mortgage documentation
Act as an expert on specific lender requirements
Communicate directly with lawyers and lenders
Answer escalated calls from the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team
Proactively make outgoing calls to lawyers and lenders
Utilize internal systems to track productivity
Requirements:
Prior experience with mortgage documentation
Prior experience with real estate law
Prior experience with TITLE and LENDING
A background as a Law Clerk in REAL ESTATE
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Proven multitasking skills
Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines
Familiarity with mortgage processes and documentation
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Experience demonstrating job longevity and high commitment
Nice to have:
Familiarity with mortgage processes and documentation is a significant asset
