Job Description:

As an MLAB Engineer you will ensure project management during development phases, While guaranteeing project performance and respect of Preplanning guidelines and standards. As well as Ensuring the best follow-up and control during Rump up curve phase and complete the handover from development to serial.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure accomplishment of different preplanning activities for projects under development with respect of BOP standards and while establishing a dashboard for monitoring until handover from F4 to F5 (Serial)
  • Facilitate the implementation of engineering changes in coordination with project development steps
  • Ensure the update of the following reports : Spending plan, Ctrl 3, Ctrl 17-19, Ctrl 18, Gate reviews, Project presentations
  • Ensure good management of MLAB advanced Technicians (control of overtime, activities plan..etc.)
  • Ensure accompaniment of plants preplanning team to support on developing technical capabilities In term of preplanning standard process and guidelines
  • Cascade the various European guidelines and ensure their implementation, as well as transmit the various improvements of the Moroccan team to Method Lab Europe for approval
  • Standardize the different Best Practices and Lessons Learned with a Lock Across approach during the first stages of Preplanning to ensure the success of the Process and to meet HSPQVC objectives (Healthy& Safety, People, Quality, Volume and Cost)
  • Ensure regular monitoring of the planning and action plan of the PFMEA requiring the modification of the Method and Production Flow
  • Ensure compliance with quality, environmental standards, health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Advanced English is mandatory
  • Knowledge of engineering standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills are required
