You'll work with a team of 170+ passionate, product-driven people on a modern stack including Kubernetes, Python, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Kafka, React with geo-distributed infrastructure.
Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of models from research to full deployment in production
Build and improve models to predict customer revenue and lifetime value (LTV) for mobile apps
Provide benchmarks for customer metrics (Install-to-Trial conversions, Install-to-Paid conversions, LTV)
Develop tools to make A/B testing smarter by identifying winning strategies faster
Create models to design highly effective paywalls tailored to each app's category and audience
Use data to uncover actionable insights to boost revenue
Requirements:
Strong grasp of math, statistics, and probability theory
Experience building and deploying interpretable and advanced black-box machine learning models to production
Experience working on predictive models for revenue and LTV metrics
Comfortable taking a model from idea to a live, production-ready system
Product-based approach focused on results that drive user value
