Job Description:

Mixologist position at Sheraton Resort & Spa Tokoriki Island Fiji. Responsible for inspecting staff grooming, communicating with guests, monitoring dining rooms, completing inventories, and ensuring quality service standards. Requires supervisory experience and ability to perform physical tasks in a hospitality environment.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect grooming and attire of staff
Communicate with guests and departments to ensure guest needs are met
Ensure staff is working together as a team
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety
Complete work orders for maintenance repairs
Complete scheduled inventories of supplies, food, and liquor
Check stock and requisition necessary supplies
Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating employees
Develop positive working relationships
Follow company safety and security policies
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 2 years of supervisory experience
Eligible for individuals with working rights in Fiji
Inspect grooming and attire of staff
Communicate with guests and other departments
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety
Complete work orders for maintenance repairs
Complete scheduled inventories of supplies, food, and liquor
Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds
Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps
