AEVEX supports the U.S. national security mission and partner nation needs around the world by providing full-spectrum aviation, remote sensing, and analysis solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead complex, worldwide operations to develop actionable intelligence against high priority threats to U.S. national security
  • Direct sensitive missions in a fast-paced, high-impact 24/7 intelligence operations center to satisfy collection requirements and maximize resource effectiveness
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms utilized to close intelligence gaps and accomplish strategic, operational and tactical objectives
  • Manage multi-organizational teams and coordinate closely with mission partners within an all-source intelligence collection and analysis construct
  • Take part in short-term, domestic and international client-sponsored deployments
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Active Top Secret security clearance and polygraph
  • Mission Integration, Dynamic ISR Operations, and ability to drive operational decisions preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver results
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and team collaboration to promote ideas and information sharing
  • Previous management or program leadership experience
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written skills
