Job Description

A Sales MIS Executive manages, analyzes, and reports sales data to drive strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include creating daily/monthly sales reports, maintaining CRM databases, generating dashboards, and analyzing trends using Advanced Excel to support the sales team. This role ensures data accuracy, highlights performance KPIs, and supports sales operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights to management and sales teams
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
  • Work with sales, marketing, and finance teams to collect data and deliver accurate, timely information
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, performance dashboards, and key metric trackers
  • Maintain, clean, and organize sales databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in sales reporting or operations
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with senior management
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
