MIS Reporting Lead

• Develop and champion a clear vision for data and reporting within USPB
• Oversee and guide data engineering efforts to ensure data quality, integrity, accessibility
• Lead the creation of compelling data visualizations and dashboards
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting solutions
• Identify and implement automation opportunities
• Explore and leverage Generative AI technologies
• Develop and present data-driven strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Manage a team of MIS and data professionals
• Contribute to the development and implementation of technical strategies
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

• 10+ years of progressive experience in data/information management, analytics, or related fields
• Deep understanding of the financial services industry
• Exceptional strategic thinking skills
• Exceptional analytical, technical, and/or statistical skills
• Deep understanding of data engineering principles including data warehousing, ETL processes, data architecture, and data quality management
• Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Proficiency in SAS for data extraction, manipulation, and automation
• Advanced skills in Python and PySpark in big data environments (e.g., Hadoop, Hive, Databricks)
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Experience with automation tools and techniques for data processing and reporting
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering)

Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Information Management)
