Job Description

Drive data accuracy, process efficiency, and automation in our fast-growing EV battery financing and operations startup. Build and maintain MIS dashboards, streamline workflows, and implement simple AI-based agentic automations to reduce manual work, improve speed, and support scaling.

Job Responsibility

  • Create and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards (collections, sales, operations, customer metrics) using Google Sheets, Excel, and tools like Google Data Studio/Looker Studio
  • Maintain and clean databases (customer, payments, battery/charger records) for accuracy and quick access
  • Identify repetitive tasks and bottlenecks in customer support, collections, finance, and field operations
  • Design and implement basic agentic AI workflows (using tools like Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or simple scripts) for automations like payment reminders, ticket routing, data syncing, and report generation
  • Document and improve processes/SOPs across teams for better efficiency and consistency
  • Monitor process performance, track KPIs, and suggest improvements to reduce errors and save time
  • Support teams with data insights and automated tools to help hit targets faster

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in MIS, process improvement, operations, or automation (startup, fintech, EV, or lending preferred)
  • Strong hands-on skills in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivots, dashboards), Google Workspace
  • Experience with basic workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make.com, or similar) and understanding of agentic/simple AI-based automations (e.g., triggering actions, chat-based flows)
  • Comfortable with databases (Google Sheets as DB, Airtable, or basic SQL knowledge is a plus)
  • Good analytical mindset
  • able to spot inefficiencies and fix them
  • Fluent in Hindi & English
  • organized and proactive in a startup environment
  • Graduate (BSc / BE / BTech from a reputed institute)

Nice to have

  • Exposure to manufacturing, Supply chain ops, or fintech lending processes
  • Basic scripting (Google Apps Script, Python basics) or no-code AI tools
  • Intermediate / Advance level Agentic AI proficiency is a plus
