Job Description:

Looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Specialist to support our management information systems and reporting functions. The role requires expertise in data management, report generation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple operational and strategic support tasks effectively.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS reports and dashboards
  • Ensure data integrity and timely availability of reports for decision-making
  • Coordinate and ensure timely settlement of bills and invoices for the area
  • Liaise with the finance department for reconciliation and query resolution
  • Gather inputs and compile monthly/quarterly Business Leadership Team (BLT) presentations
  • Ensure data accuracy, formatting consistency, and timely delivery
  • Coordinate with other teams and sources to generate reports and dashboards
  • Develop new report formats to support analysis and presentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Under Graduate
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple operational and strategic support tasks effectively
  • 4 years of experience
