Job Description

Position: MIS Executive / Business Analyst. Role Profile : Design, implement, and maintain databases and reporting systems. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various departments to generate actionable insights. Produce periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management and stakeholders. Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot data-related issues. Develop and automate dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Python. Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Collaborate with different teams to understand reporting needs and deliver appropriate MIS solutions. Support business process improvements by identifying trends and inefficiencies.

  • SQL (Structured Query Language): Writing queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases
  • Business Intelligence Tools: Power BI or similar tools for data visualization and dashboard creation
  • Reporting Tools: Crystal Reports, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), or other enterprise reporting systems
  • Automation Tools: Power Automate, Python, or VBA for automating repetitive reporting tasks
  • Data Cleaning & Transformation: Skills in preparing data for analysis removing duplicates, handling missing values, etc.
