MIS/ Business Analyst

• Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather data from multiple sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, APIs). Clean and preprocess raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to find patterns, trends, and anomalies. Use statistical methods to analyze data and test hypotheses
• Reporting and Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards, charts, and reports using data visualization tools. Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, finance) to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions. Assist in gathering business requirements for new projects
• Process Improvement: Help automate routine data tasks and identify opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data by conducting regular checks and audits

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a data analyst or a similar role
• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases
• Experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau to create interactive dashboards and reports
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, charts, functions)
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex findings clearly
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Knowledge of libraries like Pandas and NumPy is a plus
