Job Description

We are looking for an MIS Administrator to join our team. This is a 35 hours per week, full-time, permanent role offering a salary of £25,155 per annum. Job Responsibility

  • To input, validate and maintain student records using internal and external systems, databases and portals
  • To ensure data is accurate and up to date and that all processes meet audit requirements
  • To assist colleagues in the continuous improvement of the MIS team
  • To act as a contact point within the MIS department for Heads of Departments, teaching staff and other colleagues

Requirements

  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent
  • GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent Numeracy and Literacy qualification
  • Experience of business administration
  • Experience of working with internal and external customers to deliver excellent service
  • Use of electronic databases to update and maintain records
