Job Responsibility

Programme financial governance: Manage financial aspects of the ERP implementation, in particular governing project spend in terms of actuals and forevast vs budget, capital vs expense, compliance to accounting rules and performance vs project KPIs
Cost and benefit management: Support the FBPs with analysis on cost and benefit management vs the business case
Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain stringent financial controls and compliance with regulatory standards throughout the implementation lifecycle
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team and project management team to ensure both project and future operating financials are understood and being carefully managed
Manage cost centre structures and any required cross charges
