We're seeking a Minute Taker to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis starting ASAP. This part-time role is perfect for someone looking to contribute to impactful meetings and discussions in the engineering sector.

Job Responsibility

  • Be sent recordings of meetings and accurately document discussions and decisions
  • Summarize key points, action items, and assigned responsibilities
  • Distribute minutes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure clarity and accuracy in documentation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in minute-taking and administrative roles
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with engineering terminology is a plus
