Ministry Leader

• Establish a ministry location by building relationships with university staff, church partners, and volunteers
• Engage in personal ministry as well as mobilize others to host Bible studies, plan cultural events, and share the Gospel
• Establish IFI as a recognized student org, maintain good relationships with the campus, and maintain financial and prayer support for the budgeted needs of the role
• Requires the candidate to live near the campus on which they will be serving

• Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies
• Faithful in evangelism and hospitality to international students as well as discipling believers to do the same
• Well organized, takes initiative, able to work independently or collaboratively
• Flexible and adaptable
• Proficient with technology necessary to the ministry, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Demonstrated experience mobilizing, training, and ministering to people required
• Bachelor degree
• Experience in cross-cultural ministry, preferred
