Responsible for driving sales growth within the mining and industrial markets by developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the organization's mission of creating production work opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain a strong customer base (new and existing accounts)
Generate sales opportunities through customer visits, calls, and trade shows
Plan and attend trade shows, including logistics, setup, and follow-up
Manage sales leads, quotes, and customer communications
Collaborate with internal teams (production, engineering, marketing) to meet customer needs and support product development
Track customer activity, prepare trip reports, and maintain accurate records
Support accounts receivable follow-up to ensure timely payments
Maintain sales materials, samples, and equipment
Travel regularly to meet customers and represent the organization
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Outside sales or industrial experience preferred
or degree in Business/Industrial field with relevant experience
Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
