Job Responsibility

Tertiary qualifications in Geology or a related technical field

Job Responsibility

Own the end-to-end RCGC program across all active pits, including grade control drilling design, sampling, QAQC, and short-term geological modelling
Lead the Model-Mine-Mill reconciliation process analysing variances, identifying trends, and communicating improvement actions to stakeholders
Oversee all geological mapping, pit face documentation, logging, and data capture across active mining areas, ensuring rigorous data management standards are maintained
Provide geological input into blast design, dig sequencing, bench design, ore feed forecasting, and blending strategies in collaboration with Mining Engineering and Processing teams
Collaborate with corporate Resource Geology to feed operational insights back into Resource models, supporting ongoing model refinement and Ore Reserve updates
